History of Timber Creek

This family first came on the Spokane scene in the 1970's with Church’s Fried Chicken. You might also know them from their string of Rax Roast Beef restaurants, Cal’s Bagels, the Elmers franchise in Coeur d’Alene, or the seven location chain of restaurants, Granny's Buffet in the 1990's. Headed by the family patriarch, Paul, the Klinke family and a close-knit group of long time employees know from experience how to provide the very best in atmosphere, customer service, and food quality.

Timber Creek is dedicated to being a part of the community they serve. Over the last couple of months, they’ve donated thousands of meals to school districts for reading awards, and in celebration of Veterans Day 2011, they fed over 600 veterans and active duty military for FREE while raising money for The Wounded Warrior Project. Word is getting out about Timber Creek, and people that have known the Klinke's through their restaurants come in to visit often. A partnership with the Spokane Shock this last year brought sports fans in to meet some of their favorite Shock players. The free banquet rooms for groups have been a huge hit.
